Emmett

November 20th 2011

One of the many things I love about Chicago, are the constant dichotomies it offers. It's truly a unique city that presents a fully functioning urban environment, with rural tendencies. On this day, I escaped to 'The Farm' in Lincoln Park with Emmett and his family, for a country experience only about a mile away from downtown. Emmett showed up as one stylish little dude, happily sporting his various headwear. He absolutely loved being outside and was thrilled to play in the grass and explore some of the unique surroundings this area of Lincoln Park has to offer. Check out some previews of our day!

Oh my! These are just so cute! You all look so happy and Emmett - you are a heart stealer! Love love love the first pic with the hat, and you all "walking". Mmmmmmlove you guys!
You stole Uncle Milton's hat!! He and Mitch used to both wear hats just like that!! We love the pics.....what a cutie!
You are such a beautiful family :) The one of you three walking is just adorable! I love them all!
A very good looking family. Emmett could or should be a model. He is always so happy, when I'm around. He's easily the best dressed and best looking young man in the neighborhood!

I couldn't be prouder. I love the way he is standing with the two of you holding him up. And I especially love the first photo in black and white. The Best!
Great pictures. Love the one on the step.
What an adorable baby. I especially like the picture of him from behind.
Love, love, LOVE the one of you two holding Emmett up by his hands! Looks like a potential ad for baby blue jeans! :)))
Very cute...like the family photo with the bench in the park!
Emmett is my first grandchild and i love hem dearly. (I love his parents too!) When I looked at the photos i started to cry tears of joy for such a miracle that Emmett is. Your pictures captured his personality so well as he is such a happy baby and they brought out the joy he gives to Kelly and Gabe.
We just had a week visit with our great-nephew Emmett and are in awe over his personality at the age of 7 months! Always a smile, so alert and shows interest in everything he sees. What a pleasure and treat to be with him. We definately agree he is a "keeper"! These great pictures mirror his personality. We love you Emmett! Aunt Lainie and Uncle Mike
